If vaccines have not been administered at Companion Animal Hospital, you must provide acceptable proof of current vaccination status from your pet’s veterinarian. Any vaccinations that are due at the time of boarding must be administered by a Companion Animal Hospital veterinarian at admission. This policy is for the safety of all our guests and there are no exceptions.
