At check-in, a staff member will give you a boarding agreement to fill out. This form asks for all of the pertinent information that we need to care for your pet, including: an emergency phone number and contact person, feeding instructions, health concerns, medication instructions, daycare or play options and grooming options. This will ensure that your pet gets the proper care and attention required during his/her stay. ***Give yourself enough time to fill out this form, and answer any questions that we might have about taking care of your pet while you are away. We want to make sure we have all the necessary information to make your pets stay as comfortable as possible.
